We currently ship to addresses within the United States. Unfortunately, we do not offer international shipping at this time.

 

Processing Time

 

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

 

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

 

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

 

  • Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days - $5.99
  • Expedited Shipping: 2-3 business days - $9.99
  • Next-Day Shipping: 1-2 business days - $19.99

 

Please note that delivery delays can occasionally occur due to unforeseen circumstances.

 

Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses

 

The 9 and Nine Brand ships to P.O. boxes and APO/FPO addresses. Delivery times may be longer for these addresses.

 

Order Confirmation & Shipping Confirmation

 

You will receive an order confirmation email once your order has been placed. A shipping confirmation email with your tracking number will be sent once your order has been shipped. You can use this tracking number to check the status of your shipment.

 

Damages

 

The 9 and Nine Brand is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
