Returns
You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- Unused and in the same condition that you received it.
- In the original packaging.
- Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.
Return Process

- Shipping: Package your item securely and send it back to us using a trackable shipping method. You are responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Refunds
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet:

- Contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
- Contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, email us at the9andninebrand@gmail.com with details of the defect or damage.
Non-returnable Items

- Some health and personal care items
Sale Items
Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale items are non-refundable.
